Escape into your own vacation!! The Palms allows you and your guests to enjoy their vacation without leaving the property. With amenities like a recreation room, a full private yard that supplies you unique and beautiful views and of course the in-ground heated pool; that is heated to 83 degrees. The property also abuts to the canal pier, where you can dock your boat. Not only enjoy the amenities but the peace of mind that you have a hosting agent that will be dedicated to your stay. Scrolling through the pictures will not allow you to experience this property. So, book, stay and enjoy for yourself. 

About the property

The Property has a total of 3 units- Each Unit can be separated during our winter months

The Main house (lower Level) 

This unit has bdrms. On those scorching days keep cool inside with Central Air. On the cold days snuggle up  with a hot beverage and enjoy looking at Oneida lake through the  windows. The kitchen has a full sized island with two door fridge with ice/water maker and a wine fridge. The Main House also has 2 full baths and a 1/2 bath.  Each room has its own TV so that you can settle in and relax. This also has direct access to the pool room.

Upper Condo 

There are 2 bdrms and 3 beds in the upper condo. If you pull out the couch you can sleep two more and there is plenty of room for air mattresses to create even more guest sleeping quarters. Each room has a T.V and the kitchen comes fully stocked with the same dishware and silverware that the downstairs has. If you want to hang outside you can chill out on the deck.

Hotel Suit

The Hotel suite has 2 full beds with a full bath. It comes equipped with Microwave, Refrigerator, and coffee maker.
